I created Keypers in late 2023 without knowing whether it would succeed. It simply began as an idea that came to me several years after retiring as a director of a local estate agency, where I ran a well-established residential lettings department.

When I retired, I asked myself, “What do I really want to do?” The answer was surprisingly simple: I wanted to continue working with property because I understand how much owners value their homes. I wanted to keep meeting and helping people. And I wanted the flexibility to enjoy life on my own terms.

Thankfully, Keypers has given me all three.

Today, I’m proud to have created a trusted, independent business with a unique place in the South Hams. It’s a small, personal service that property owners can rely on, built on experience, trust, and a genuine passion for looking after people’s homes.
